AB MUSIC ACADEMY holds a ukulele workshop every Wednesday under the guidance of Kosmas Mylon.
The group is for all levels and aims to give participants the opportunity to enjoy playing with others and to develop their musical skills with a friendly and supportive group.
The ukulele was developed from a small guitar-like instrument used by Portuguese sailors and adopted by Hawaii as a national instrument. All musical genres and styles can be played on the ukulele and playing this instrument will put you in good company: George Harrison, Paul McCartney, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Peter Seller, Frank Skinner, Joe Brown and many more.
And last but not least, the one and only ELVIS!
Beginners welcome. £10 per session, every Wednesday. Discounts available for 10 weeks payment in advance.
